Another great stay

Just finished a months long vacation at Baan Souy Resort and was sad to be leaving. The staff are amazing and take great care of all your needs, especially Jim (the owner) and Mr Chang. The rooms are kept immaculate by the house keeping team and it truly is like a little bit of paradise. Situated between Pattaya and Jomtien with shops and restaurants a short distance away, it is an excellent location for a superb holiday.

YES - Another Great Stay at Baan Souy

I spent my usual ‘Winter Sun’ holiday to the Far East for over three weeks in the wonderful Baan Souy during late November and early December – 2025. I was not able to visit last year but I was happy that nothing had changed apart from some new and attentive staff. The rooms, the service continue to be excellent – the staff are so friendly and either speak in English, or a Sawadika when we see each other. The rooms are larger than a normal hotel room and are really comfortable, with good wi-fi and a small kitchen area with utensils. The area within the hotel is quite tranquil and peaceful; just as is shown in the photographs advertising Baan Souy. The professional Chang in reception who assists with any requests. Jim and Gordon are always around ensuring guests are happy and also assisting with requests. It was good to see that the rooms at Baan Souy were full to capacity during my stay. I wish Jim & Gordon continued success and look forward to my next visit in 2026 !

Peaceful oasis in Pattaya city

I stayed at Baan Souy Resort for 8 days in December and traveled solo. The hotel truly feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of busy Pattaya — calm, relaxed, and very welcoming. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a nice sofa, and a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also used the airport transfer service, which worked perfectly and without any issues. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, with a choice of American or continental options — simple but good and reliable. The location is great as well. The city center is about a 15–20 minute walk, or very quick by Grab or Bolt. A motorbike is definitely the fastest option given the traffic. There’s also a 7/11 shop just about 5 minutes away on foot. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I can highly recommend this hotel, and it definitely won’t be my last visit.

Stayed here for the third time, and as excellent as before. A big shout-out to Chang, the resident hero, who will assist you with everything from check-in to meals and so much more. Kudos also to Jim who makes sure to check up on things and greet everyone as he takes care of the place. On this trip, decided to have lunch in-house. Very delicious, and I so much thank the kitchen chefs. The women are always smiling and so humble. The two gentlemen waiters also were always on hand to look after guests at breakfast time. I included pics of the delicious meals.

I have booked here now for the second time. Each time, including the most recent, the service by Jim, Chang and all staff have been outstanding and world-class. When in Pattaya, I stay in Baan Souy due to the excellent hospitality of the entire Team, as well as the very relaxing ambience.
