An amazing experience.- a must visit

This is truly an amazing experience. Couldn’t fault anything at the hotel. All the staff were very welcoming. They were polite and happy at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. One staff member brought two umbrellas to us at the beach when we were stranded in a huge storm. - this was beyond any expectation. Staff were exceptional. We dined at all four restaurants and had wonderful food and service at all of them. We were upgraded to a villa for our anniversary and were very appreciative of the fabulous accommodation. I can’t praise highly enough this hotel and its offerings. We will definitely return and highly recommend to any traveller.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was exceptional, and every team member made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Capella Singapore is a great place to be away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a drive away from home. The rooms are clean and am really appreciative of the room upgrade offered. You feel so close to nature and surrounded by extremely caring and polite staff, from the gardener, housekeeping, front office, F & B, to make you feel welcomed and cared for - great service experience!

Every staff member we met showed true warmth and friendliness, making us feel genuinely cared for from check in to check out. The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and a real escape. Wonderful Birthday Celebration

Is a birthday celebration for the little girl and from the start of the booking of our hotel reservation to the time to say bye bye, everything are wonderful. The service provided by the staff are amazing and so detailed near to prefect. Thank you so much. We enjoyed ourselves a lot!
