Time for improvement

Stay here whenever I visit Yangon. The old block has definitely more well maintained rooms. The rooms in new block look so worn out. The bathrooms need better maintenance and cleaning. The staff are as usual the best and most polite here. Breakfast is rather ordinary and has not changed over the years. Excellent scenery from breakfast area and like the close proximity to the airport. With new hotels coming up near the airport area, more improvement needed to match the other accommodations.

Clean and friendly hotel at reasonable price

Clean accommodations. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. Suitable location as situated close to Ocean Shopping Centre, a cosy bar and restaurant, a Myanmar food restaurant and a short distance from the airport.

Basic facilities at a convenient location

Efficient and clean hotel at a con venuent location- near the airport, near Ocean supermarket/ mall. Yangon has pretty bad traffic jams in town. This hotel's location ensures you will get to the hotel in time. It's less than 5 minutes walk to Ocean supermarket with good decent food at its mall. However for $US 55.00 per night, I was hoping for a simple gym... no such luck. So it's out into the dangerous, dusty roads for my morning walk-jog.

Clean, adequate lodging

Clean room, hot shower, only 10 channels of cable, 1-2 in English. Breakfast for good, but didn't change. Would have loved bacon. Good coffee. The staff was helpful. Pleasant lobby. Close to the airport. The appropriate word for the hotel is adequate. Price is fair in a city of high hotel prices.

Friendly, helpful

A great place to stay close to the airport, friendly staff, clean accomodations. I plan to stay there again. A good choice for travellers on a budget. Not sure about the location since I didn't do much exploring of the area.
