DOM Hotel

Очень стильные номера! Да и сам отель тоже! Отличное расположение, на тихой(относительно), не туристической, улице в 10 мин пешком: в одну сторону от Ватикана, в другую от площади Навона! В отеле, в наш приезд, открыли ресторан со звездочкой. На этой же улице, в двух шагах от отеля, ещё 2 супер ресторана! Звукоизоляция плохая, слышно соседей и шум с улицы, благо улица тихая! Ну и завтрак, меня не огорчил, но, для любителей плотно позавтракать - не очень.. типично итальянский : кофе и круасаны, ну и йогурт с сыром...яичница за отдельную плату и не вкусно.

Great Location, Excellent Hotel

The DOM’s location of Via Giulia is ideal—within walking distance of many of the major sites yet away from the overwhelming crowds that plague most of central Rome. The hotel is small, 18 rooms, so once again you don’t feel hemmed in by large crowds. The DOM’s decor is dark and romantic with interesting artwork. We were fortunate to have a corner room with windows overlooking both Via Julia and a side street. Both our bedroom and bathroom were large, the bathroom conveniently divided into several compartments. Our room didn’t have a coffee maker, but we enjoyed having coffee in the hotel’s attractive, cozy bar. The DOM is located across the street from the Italian government’s anti-Mafia agency, and there are always armed soldiers guarding the door to that building. You certainly feel safe!

Excellent service, super comfy beds and beautiful rooms with high quality furnishings, ( I especially liked the GHD hairdryer , far superior to most hotel room hairdryers ), great location, walking distance to everything. We went for our wedding anniversary, the staff went out of their way making it special for us.

The perfect hotel for a Roma visit

We had a wonderful stay at the DOM Hotel Roma. The rooms were extremely spacious with immaculate furnishings. The location was perfect for walking to the main tourist areas and being close to the river we were able to get a local bus to the stadium to watch the Rugby match. What made the hotel extra special was the service and staff, they were amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel porter walked us direct to the bus stop so we knew where to stand. The evening meal here was very good too. We will return here most definitely!

A quiet friendly efficient oasis of calm

Amongst the chaos noise traffic and general bedlam that is Rome , the Dom hotel is an oasis of calm efficiency. Although quite a small hotel it runs super efficiently, from the friendly welcoming smile of the knowledgeable receptionists to the skilful hands of the chef / cocktail maker and the super busy waiter at breakfast, all adding to a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Rooms and interiors are unique and fully functional. It’s just a great hotel to retire to after a day wandering around the historic sights of Rome . Give it a look you won’t be disappointed
