Bad experience in Istanbul bad breakfast

Bad flats with bugs and not cleaned at all

Terrible

Had a nightmare from the start, first room door was obviously kicked in at one point the door was off its hinges and didn't close properly room 2420, after one night in hospital came back to the people above dragging furniture every 20 seconds until 6am for two nights I had to sleep on the couch. The bathroom was bad with sewage smells. Moved room this one has had a leaking shower that's damaged the floor and is now caved in and turned black. Our fridge and freezer didn't work only its light so we filled the fridge with meats cheese etc and it's all gone off and binned. They then said we would need to move again I refused as I am 4 days out surgery and not once been able to rest. They fixed it and gave us 3 pears and 3 tangerines as replacement. Asked for extra pillows it was ticked off as done but had to chase that for hours as I have to sleep upright. It's been non stophasslewouldnt stay again and feel dismissed.

In short: Do not waste your time and money on this hotel. I strictly do not recommend it. Here is a more detailed explanation. The photos shown in the room description make it look like the room is very spacious. This is misleading. The large space shown in the photos is actually the lobby, not the room itself.

Disappointing. Expensive. Dirty

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, initially booked 7 and was shocked to find there was absolutely no cleaning service provided in the apartment. Price wasn’t cheap either. Around £690. Towels were never replaced, bins remained full, and surfaces gathered dust. Showers were dirty and covered in grime and rust. Everything in the kitchen was sticky and dirty. Pillows and mattresses had yellow stains and pillow cases were ripped. For the price, I expected at least basic upkeep. The location was decent and the check-in smooth, but the lack of hygiene made the stay uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to clean up after yourself. Breakfast was not worth the price either. Good location but the lack of interest from management and staff let the premises down. Will not return.
