Grand Cettia Hotel

The best holiday i have ever had.

I cannot tell you enough about how this hotel goes out of its way to make their guests feel special. From first point of contact with Marta I asked for a nice view. Which is exactly what I got. A view of the sea. Room 7004. The restaurant staff , the managers, the waitresses the waiters the kitchen staff. Adorable every single one of them. I was treated every morning by the lovely Mehmet who made me turkish tea and found me a table, the chefs who make the omletes and the pancakes the guy who goes around sweeping up the floor,non stop. If you smile at him he smiles back !! The entertainment team led by Barney, Denis and Panda. The bar staff. The loveliest bunch of young men you will ever come across. Mehmet (again) Jakop, Sabahattin, Onur,Oguzhan,Ali and all the others. These guys were utterly fantastic. Erhan from the spa who seeks out the "hooman vooman" and men to have turkish baths in the hotel. I had a turkish bath and at the end of my stay the " cleopatra" where I was covered in honey. Both were amazing and the lady who did it is delightful. Crowfine jewellery cleaned my rings. I couldn't stop looking at them shining. I treated myself to a few pieces. My favourite a necklace with the turkish flag. The housekeepers, the gardeners and the pool guys all go about their work virtually unnoticed but do an incredible job. Book it you wont regret it. Ive read negative reviews about the food. Try something different or eat burgers and chips there's something for everyone. I went on own but I was never on my own. Every day the beautiful Bilga came and checked on me. The boys in the bar talked to me non stop and I delivered an endless supply of white wine. This hotel feels like home. I love it. It has installed a love of Türkiye in me that will never leave me. See you all in September guys. Have a great season.

Fabulous family holiday

An absolutely fantastic hotel for families, very clean with amazing staff. My 3 grandchildren spent so much time in the outdoor pools...despite them being very cold! They had the time of their life, especially enjoying the evening entertainment. The food selection is very good, I did struggle to find things to eat as I don't really eat meat or fish but the other 6 people in my group all found plenty to enjoy especially the children. My only negative comment about the food is that it isn't always that hot. The rooms were spotlessly clean and really comfortable, we did ask reception for a couple of extra throws as it was a bit chilly at night. I would highly recommend this hotel and fully intend to return.

Great holiday

We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Cettia Hotel. The location is convenient, and the surrounding area is მშვიდ and relaxing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The food variety was quite good, especially the open buffet, which offered plenty of options for different tastes. The pool area and other facilities were also well-designed, making it a great place both to relax and have fun. Although there were a few minor issues, such as slower service during busy hours, overall it was a great value for money. I would definitely recommend Grand Cettia to anyone looking for a

Hotel was amazing we came first time but defo will come again. Let me tell you something about hotel , hotel view was brilliant it's top the town n see the all marmaris. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff helpful and very kind but extra point for entertainment team they're not much people but even they don't need it just 4 enough😊thanks everyone speaclly dennise Barney John and panda.

Amazing hotel recommend

Had the best time staying here will definitely be back again, highly recommend staying here the staff go above and beyond for the customers and look after you :) the entertainment team are amazing such friendly people always keep you laughing! The food is beautiful always something different to try and eat something for everyone. Will definitely be coming back again best place we have stayed overall!! The rooms are always kept on top of and very clean and tidy
