Unmatched Hospitality and Historic Grand Luxury: A Gem in Barcelona

My stay at Hotel Casa Fuster was absolutely flawless. Beyond being a stunning architectural monument, it is the human touch that sets this place apart. The entire staff ,from the front desk to the bellhops greets you with a genuine warmth that makes you feel literally at home every time you walk through the door. Its perfectly placed, near train stations, you can safely walk and drive bikes to almost any famous places, awesome restaurant and also fashion stores, there are three pharmacies in less than 5 minute walk. ​Highlights of my stay: ​World-Class Dining: The food is delicious, featuring a very complete menu. I was impressed by the level of detail and the service protocol; I love that in Spain they still maintain the elegance of setting a fresh, crisp tablecloth every time you dine. The service in the restaurant is top-tier. ​Exclusive Vibes: The Moët & Chandon Rooftop is fantastic, offering an incredible atmosphere and spectacular views. Likewise, the Lobby Bar has a great vibe, perfect for unwinding in a sophisticated setting. ​Exceptional Room Details: They provide twice-daily housekeeping. The evening turn-down service is a luxury; they prepare your bed for rest and leave delicious chocolates. They are also incredibly generous with high-quality towels and toiletries, truly, nothing is missing, for every corner and in the entrance fresh flowers are never missing, we went in spring season. ​Seamless Logistics: The room service is a 10/10, and the reception team was extremely efficient and helpful in handling my personal packages. ​This is a beautiful hotel where every need is anticipated. If you are looking for luxury, history, and unbeatable personal service, this is the place to be.

No individual room AC and lack of cold water

The location is good near great shopping, but the rooms are not worth it. No air conditioning control in the room as front desk said it was a universal system for the building, and we were sweating on our bed which led to lack of sleep. It wasn't hot outside during our stay either (highs were in 60's). We had a 7:30am flight out and when taking a shower at 4:30-5am, there was hardly any cold water so it was scolding hot and almost unbearable. Even the sink tap water running just on cold was extra warm. After telling the front desk person he simply said maintenance will look at it. Overall D- grade for comfort and value.

Grand old beauty of a hotel with top notch service

Barcelona is a city of beautiful mansions from the early 20th century, and this is one of them. The building and location are perfect and the service is exceptional. The bar on the rooftop has one of the most beautiful views in Barcelona. The cavern like basement breakfast room, unfortunately, less so- it’s windowless. But for beauty, belle époque and service, there is little that can beat this gem.

A 5 stars without TV in the room!

Service is for a 3 stars: absolutely impossible to watch television. I mean the TV is there but you cannot just access ie: NETFLIX and NOBODY knows how…..PATHETIC
