Hotel Paris Prague

Очень красивое здание, очень красивые холл отеля и рестораны! В номере все скромнее , чем ожидаешь после шикарного внешнего антуража , но в принципе нормально. Очень хороший завтрак в красивом ресторане. Ресторан в другой части гостиницы также весьма достойный по еде и внешнему виду. Нет такого, единственно что номер скромнее, чем ожидаешь после шикарного здания гостиницы , холла и ресторанов.

The Best of Prague

This is the best ever hotel I’ve enjoyed in Europe! Art Deco style- great service and location straddles old/new town. Steps away from Powder Tower- hop on and off bus- 20 mins to bridge and National Theater.

Excellent Service & Great Location

I recently stayed here with my daughters, and it was such a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore—and made getting around so easy. The amenities were fantastic and staff made our stay extra comfortable and fun. Katerina was very helpful arranging everything we needed for early morning check out. We created such special memories here and would absolutely come back!

Error after error…how much can go wrong in 30 minutes

Arrived at the Hotel Paris looking for a cocktail pre dinner. The bar has little atmosphere but we were given menus. We chose two off the cocktail menus although the waitress was unaware of one of them so we had to show her on the menu. The cocktails came…quite basic, but ok. We then asked another waitress for the bill. After a while we asked again as nothing had arrived. When the bill eventually arrived I was asked whether I wanted to pay en £ or local currency and I stated that I didn’t recognise the amount, which was far higher than two cocktails. The lady asked if we’d had club sandwiches, which we clearly hadn’t. She took the bill away and there was an argument at the bar with the barman. After a while I went up to the bar to be told she couldn’t refund and would have to give me cash. I stated that I never approved whether to pay in £ or local currency…but they had taken the payment anyway! As they couldn’t refund my card with the correct amount they gave me cash which will mean I either need to spend or lose money on conversion. Poor experience on all counts!

Great stay on the center of Prague

The building is absolutely breathtaking in Art Nouveau Style, and it is centrally located. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, and the staff was keeping it going seamlessly. The only thing I would change was a mattress in our suite. I think it is time to replace it. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.
