Room was ok cleaner was lovely and knocked on everyday to see if we wanted cleaning done. Sea view from room was lovely. Food was average, could do with more fresh options for breakfast, fruit was tinned. Some staff were lovely although some were rude and one even asked me what’s wrong with my legs because I use a mobility scooter for health issues I thought that was quite rude! Lovely looking hotel and beach at the back which was convenient. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Air conditioning in the room made me ill couldn’t switch it off with the remote. Don’t think I would go back

Best hospitality ever

I would like to start with a big thank you to Metin and Murat, who have been exceptionally helpful with matters during our stay. Not only they resolved any queries we had but went above and beyond with making our trip more efficient by recommendations and contacts. Blue Bay Platinum, Marmaris foyer and I am in the UK

Went 8-16 April 2026 - all inclusive and as of todays date 28.4.2026 still waiting for the return of my suitcase which they did not put on the coach for UK/Gatwick after spending my birthday at this Hotel. TUI Rep has still not contacted me with how my suitcase will be returned. Hotel telling me to get a friend to collect it. Unbelievable. Will NEVER book with TUI again
