Отель отличный. Отношение к туристам великолепное. Особенно на ресепшене и в барах. Отдохнули с удовольствием. Обязательно вернемся.

Близко к морю, большой выбор вкусной и качественной еды, дружелюбный персонал, не новый, но чистый номер с нормальной сантехникой. Выбор еды на завтрак можно немного разнообразить. Не хватает лежаков на пляже. Уборка номеров по какому-то понятному только для самих горничных принципу плюс в какой то момент "ушел" из номера дорогой термос, похожий по форме на бутылку - то ли подумали, что пустая какая-то бутылка, то ли что, непонятно, но жалко.

Прекрасный вид на бухту)! К сожалению убирают номера не очень тщательно(

Fantastic Stay - Can’t wait to return

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Bay Platinum Hotel in Marmaris. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern, clean rooms and a fantastic atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and making us feel valued as guests. A special mention has to go to Alex at the Relax Pool Bar – he was amazing! So friendly, hardworking and always had a smile on his face. He really helped make our holiday extra special. Thank you, Alex! I’d say you deserve a raise! The food was also great, with plenty of choice at every meal and something to suit everyone’s tastes. Honestly, I don’t understand some of the complaints people make about the food – we found it varied, fresh and enjoyable throughout our stay. The only slightly off putting thing was the sunbed wars - unless you were down before 8am you’d struggle to get one straight away (and it’s selfish people who don’t appear until after lunchtime taking them!). However, just ask a staff member and they will get you however many sunbeds you want, together. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and plan to return in September. Highly recommended.

Ideal family retreat-Not so couples

The Blu Bay is a fantastic holiday location for families I will say that. The main 2 pools are a win with families laughing and having fun which was great to see. The food was very good with plenty to choose from. Also, it was continuous throughout the day with the snack bars. The room we got was modern with room service being completed to a high standard each day. The staff…. Helpful throughout with no request being too small. Staff, always willing to offer that helpful hint of things to do. Talking about the staff it’s not just front of house it’s also the team that converts the day setup to night time entertainment. A well oiled machine indeed. If you are thinking of booking here and you are coming as a couple then make sure you locate to the over 16’s area day one. it’s small in comparison to the rest of the pool areas. That said unlike the rest of the beds in the main complex which (not unusual) often go unattended with towels placed first light you will still have a chance of getting somewhere in this area. Also here a mention goes out to Alex who works pretty much solo keeping everyone in the area hydrated. As stated in other people’s write ups there isn’t enough seats in the indoor bar to cater for the shear volume of visitors. On one occasion we had to move a reps bag and leaflets as the table seemed abandoned. Given that all the seats and tables were full we neatly placed them on the floor and took a seat. Some 10 minutes later she re-attended. Apologising for moving her leaflets we were met with rolling eyes and a frosty silence. Not what was expected of a rep especially with limited space in the area. Also keep in mind that on the odd occasion when it rains your evening’s entertainment will be cancelled. There is no wet weather option. This is when the lack of space in the foyer and upstairs bar becomes an issue. Most returned to their rooms on the day this happened to us. So why 4 and not 5 you may ask? The answer, and yes it’s my opinion right or wrong. BlueBay is a victim of its own success. The place is absolutely full up to the brim. Hardly any space between sun beds in both the main areas. Also, there is no waiter service that you would expect at a standard 5 star hotel. The Al a Carte restaurant’s want their cut. One of which(not the Italian!) looked like the only people eating there were the staff. This excepting Thursday and Friday when about 10 people were seen there. Just be prepared to ignore TUI statements saying you get the chance to eat in one of the 2 special eateries with a supplement. Here’s the supplement. You pay £25 a person and then have the pleasure of paying for your drinks. Given you are all inclusive I don’t believe this is acceptable. Drop your supplement, be fair and start to see your visitors increase your profits. Rooms having paper cups for ease of disposal. I’m guessing this will be met with efforts made to be more green. If this were the case the hotel would not be using plastic drinking straws. Also not seeing the usual samples of nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a miss. Generally expected as standard in any 5 star. As simple one fits all dispenser in the shower. I understand…..the hotel needs to cut costs somehow. That said, 5 star says waiter service with all the bells and whistles that go with it. Whilst the hotel does fantastically well to manage the sheer bulk of visitors which is commendable there are a few things missing for me to have this placed up there with full 5 star. With regard the beach bed area be under no illusion…. It’s near the hotel but the hotel is not on the beach. There is a walk across a gravel car park to reach it. Also the beds are not the best with a pebble beach. Given that you have to pay for your drinks here take the time to venture in both directions of the promenade. There are better beds and imported sand with cheaper costing drinks. In conclusion not a place I would come if I was a couple looking for that special place. As a family….Yes, and every day of the week. They cater more for families and do well at it . Having overheard many individuals say they have been coming for years it is apparent that the hotel has an avid family following. They have earned this and have the respect of repeat visitors. Please take the review as it is positive on the whole. There was just a few things missing that I felt needed to be addressed to receive 5. Keep up the good work with the families Blue Bay!

. We recently stayed at Blue Bay Platinum in Marmaris, Turkey. While the hotel itself has potential, unfortunately the entertainment was very poor and the food was below the standard we expected. The cleanliness of our room was also below standard. There were coffee stains left on the floor that were not cleaned properly, and the bathroom grout was very dirty with visible mould in places, which was disappointing. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the staff, especially Alex at the quiet pool, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Without staff members like him, we probably would not return. A big thank you to Alex for his excellent customer service and positive attitude throughout our stay.

Entertainment dire

We still here now a group of 6 adults we have another week left and tomorrow there is another 7 people joining our party adults and children. The hotel is nice clean and the food is good. Drinks ok not the best. Our biggest moan is the entertainment team we find we out of hotel most nights as it’s the poorest entertainment we have ever seen in a hotel. Tonight it’s rained they did kids disco and that is the end we not seen entertainment all night since. We have said why not just put some music on we just watching people leave and go to there rooms as it’s boring .

Perfect location 2 mins from beach , reali lovelie atmosphere, lively the rooms were beaut very modern and spotless we got an amazing room 2321 pool view abs perfect 👌 , the cost for all inclusive was brilliant food food food all day long litt as much as you wanted , the only down was the alcohol it wasnt good at all def the only negative! The pools are spotless the amenities gift shop hairdressers supermarket brilliant ... entertainment grt Now for the staff who stood out for me HAMADA this lady was abs amazing so so friendly so helpful had my room abs spotless always smiling nothing too much def an assett to the group 😀 Thankyou Hamada . I will most def be back also we kept the room on checkout which was grt due to my disabilities the rate varies time way and room class dependant and you can only do this on morning of departure .....
