As a Marriott titanium member, I give this hotel an overall score of 4.5 stars The strongest point is the lovely garden Restaurant The decor in General is above average, but not very luxurious as it could be and should be Another weak point :?The person that greeted us at the entrance, regardless of his function, should be in uniform and not in a T-shirt( see photo)

Absolutely amazing!!

The staff was absolutely amazing — truly the reason we’ll be coming back! From Alissio and the entire front door team, to Lucca and the wonderful ladies at the front desk, everyone made us feel so welcome. The rooftop and restaurant staff were incredible, and the housekeeping team was the best we’ve experienced in a very long time. Special thanks to both Mateos upstairs, Alissio, Lorenzo, and Juliet at the delicious restaurant — the food was superb. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Spring Break

We stayed in March this year for 4 nights. We had an up -grade to a very big room with a street view ( the atrium room was too small) . We had a wonderful time and would like to stay again. At breakfast we had a really excellent and friendly service from Hernandez and Nemo who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed ( my husband is coeliac) and they also gave us great recommendations for our sightseeing too. Thank you very much to both of them. we hope to be back. Sue and Graham

Stylish, Well-Located Stay with Exceptional Service

The location is excellent, and the hotel strikes a great balance between classy and cosmopolitan throughout. Service was consistently friendly and attentive. The courtyard bar is a great spot to unwind, and the rooftop - while small - is a nice bonus with a pool and good atmosphere. We were upgraded from a balcony room to a City Suite, which featured a Roman-style shower and a beautiful private terrace (see photo). It’s not inexpensive, but the location and overall experience justify it.

Not designed for Tauck travelers

W Rome was not a satisfactory hotel although it has a 5 star rating. There is no privacy for dressing, the room does not have enough lights, and the lights that were there were not located in convenient places. Good luck if you wanted to read. The controls for the lights were made for mysteries. Our location above the bar with nightly very loud music was not conducive to enjoyment or sleep. I recommend that Tauck remove this hotel from its journeys. All in all unsatisfactory.
