2nd visit! Another fantastic stay!

We came for our 2nd time here at Paloma Perissia and again was as fantastic as our first visit. It was so lovely to see staff from last year who even remembered us from last year! Shoutout to the entertainment team they are all fantastic and made our holiday! But an extra special shoutout to Yakup and Nour who went above and beyond for us and made my little boys Holiday so special he couldn’t wait to see them everyday! There little Spider-Man! Durmas waited on us at breakfast and lunch down at the beach. Who was super remembering our orders and always going out his way to make my children smile. Thank you to Durdane who everyday made our room so lovely and she was ever so friendly. Murat is the best bar man around you shall never go without a drink by the pool! He works so hard! And lovely Hassan too! We missed you on your skates this year! Honestly though all staff you encounter here are so lovely and friendly it’s really what makes this hotel. We ate at all three al a carte restaurants which again the food is fantastic! We didn’t find the need to eat out in Side as the food is just amazing quality and still get to sit overlooking the sea. Great variety of drinks on offer including branded drinks. It has some wonderful bars! We loved sitting at the beachfront after the entertainment it was so relaxing. This hotel feels like home to us and we shall definitely be back again!

I want to especially thank these individuals for making our stay at Paloma perissia a wonderful week. Murat from the pool drink service. That’s a guy you need on this job very attentive Always checking if I need a drink . He was always walking about up and down He definitely works hard . Thank you for your service Thanks to lasaad from entertainment department for helping us through the week with plans and entertainment. Many thanks to sultan a lovely lady in the food hall she was our server every meal through out the week and she was just really nice . Very attentive to thank you very much . Thanks to veli from wabi sabi for your service and taking some pictures for us . It’s much appreciated. Thanks to veli from quarantine restaurant Liked he’s service to . And also many thanks to husenizz the photographer. He was with us everyday everywhere some how haha and got in with the kids very well . I also forget he’s name but the big guy that works in the gym and runs the outside workout spin classes . A genuine nice guy Thank you so much for your hospitality We much appreciate.

Repeat visit with family

Something about this hotel that made me book again, apart from the numerous broken tiles around the pool area we enjoyed out stay. Using the adult pool it was like taking a cold plunge which was great if you needed to cool down and watching other guests realise how cold it was by their facial expressions. Food was great, always something to eat although some nights it wasn’t that hot, I always try the Turkish dishes as they can be unusual but very tasty. The Chefs did a marvellous job in feeding the masses, restaurant staff very polite and very helpful. Treat people how you expect to be treated with respect and that is reciprocated by all staff. We got there just before the hotel got busy it was nice and quiet but still enjoyable when it got busy. If you hate smokers around the poolside then don’t go, there should be a designated area away from the poolside. Accommodation was good, aircon worked, room was made up every day and a free minibar. Choosing this hotel is a good choice you won’t be disappointed, forget to mention the reception staff who were very helpful. Would I go back? absolutely I would, very rarely do I go back to the same hotel but just something special about the place. The beach is not as good as previous years definitely needs a massive cleanup

Family Holiday

At arrival at the hotel the check in process was swift with a refreshing drink and friendly faces. The bags taken to room after a quick but thorough guide to the hotel. The rooms are spacious but not huge, sadly lacking a proper balcony, but the views of the pool, beach and sea were fantastic. Arrived just in time for dinner and first impressions were that the food looked good, plentiful and varied. We weren't disapointed and the food was of a good standard plus the service was very good, this continued for all meals for the duration of our stay. Plenty of bars and à la carte restaurants to choose from depending on your mood. We particularly liked the Wabi Sabi especially for the service. As we travelled as a small family group with 6 month old twins we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel provides baby formula and pureed food jars as part of the all inclusive, the boys loved this. The grounds were immaculate and the pools maintained at high standard of cleanliness. There were always plenty of sun loungers and apart from one shallow end of the pool no 7am scraps. All the staff work incredibly hard in all aspects of their roles to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as you could hope. We will be back in the not too distant future.
