Ужасное место! Осторожнее, можно нарваться на испорченный отпуск. Приехали с ребёнком: вместо обещанного номера дали другой, с плесенью. После скандала переселили, но там было грязно и номер требовал капремонта. Администрация — это просто цирк: нашу бронь на Букинге отменили (сказали, что нас не было), потом из-за нашей ошибки в дате при повторном бронировании выставили штраф в двойном размере! Куча непонятных менеджеров, полное ощущение, что вас пытаются развести. Я в шоке от такого сервиса, нервы были на пределе. Обходите стороной

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in & that’s saying something as I’m a seasoned traveller at 65 years of age.

Terrible experience

Only good thing about the hotel is its location but u have many other options available. Check in was pathetic, with a wait of 30 mins. They cudnt retrieve our booking. Check out - people started banging at the door at exact 12 noon. ACs hardly work. Go off n on. Bed sheets were not properly cleaned. Getting an elevators can take more than 5mins only. Pool on 6th floor was extremely dirty. There is a charge of 20k per bag for cloak room and 200k deposit for each room key. Pls be prepared before u book!

Worst experience! Terrible customer service do not waste your time or money!

I would like to formally express how extremely disappointed I am with my experience at Panorama Hotel so far. From the moment I arrived, the experience has been chaotic, poorly communicated, and far below acceptable hospitality standards. I was provided with minimal information on arrival, charged an excessive 10% surcharge simply for paying by card, charged additional fees to use hotel facilities such as the rooftop pool, and then placed in the wrong room despite specifically booking and paying for a room with a bathtub. I was then told this was supposedly an “upgrade” purely because it had a sea view, despite the room not matching what I had actually reserved. Being forced to pack and change rooms the following day after an already stressful arrival was highly inconvenient. To make matters worse, after paying the additional 200,000 VND fee to use the pool facilities today, I was then informed that once I left to transfer rooms I would no longer be entitled to a towel or sunbed upon returning. This level of service is honestly absurd. The customer service I have received throughout this stay has been rude, dismissive, and almost non-existent. At no point have I felt welcomed, assisted, or valued as a guest. This has genuinely been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I am beyond disappointed with how this property is being managed.

Don’t book this hotel

Please steer clear of this hotel. We insisted on seeing the room before we handed over our credit card and thank goodness, it is filthy. We got out of there and they took 250 aud. We will try to get our money back through booking com

Disgusting no stars

We’re currently travelling through Vietnam with friends and had booked the Panorama Suites in Nha Trang via Booking.com. Never had such a disorganised hotel Arriving at reception our booking was cancelled and reception did not want to know The reception staff were happy to take payment for room keys, yet refused to check us in because we had booked a privately owned apartment. While we were trying to figure out the check-in process, we received a cancellation notice from Booking.com telling us to find alternative accommodation. The situation was chaotic until a woman representing the apartment owners arrived and eventually helped us get sorted. When we finally reached our room, our friends room were greeted by cockroaches—several of them. After dealing with that, we tried to settle in, but the room smelled damp, musty, and generally neglected. Overall, it was a very long three-night stay and reminded me of low-budget package hotels from decades ago. You cannot look at the roof top bar/pool bf paying, you have to pay to go up it in a private lift - really. Booking.com needs to take this off their books and I for one and complaining to them.
