Eid Staycation

We visited the hotel during the Eid Holidays, and the experience was amazing. Specially Abou at the reception was amazing to us, even though we gave him a tough time in room allocations as we all wanted to be close to each other as we booked 7 rooms and he adjusted the allocations and fulfilled our requests. Also the pro long pool timings was great from the hotel. Everyone enjoyed the stay and food was amazing from Coopers and also the breakfast was great in Gingers. Overall a very satisfactory and enjoyable stay for the entire family and kids had fun.

A Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was extremely busy during our stay, yet it was impressive to see how smoothly everything was handled. A special thank you to Alaa at the reception. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and welcoming. I believe the secret to her excellent service is her beautiful smile, you can immediately feel how genuine she is and how much she cares about the guests, even during the busiest times. We would also like to thank Shahid for being so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. It is clear that the Rotana team is very well-trained, and they truly deliver the level of service you would expect from a 5-star hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we would like to thank Mina from housekeeping for her great work. Our dining experiences were equally enjoyable. Thank you to Samantha at Cooper’s Bar Restaurant for taking such good care of us. At Ginger Restaurant, where we had breakfast, we were warmly looked after by Bikash, Madhu, Febe, and Chef Rajesh. Their hospitality made every morning pleasant and memorable. We also spent time at the lobby café and absolutely loved their velvet cake, it was one of the best we have ever had. A special thank you as well to the two lovely ladies who served our coffee with such warmth and kindness. Overall, every member of the team, including the concierge staff, contributed to making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel is very convenient, family-friendly, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the elegant lobby decorations, which added a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
