Stay at Tower Plaza Hotel

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the staff at Tower Plaza hotel with two people in particular the first being Eliya Wandeba (head of security) who was excellent throughout my stay and always made sure that i was looked after and extremely helpful with anything that i needed to know and also Mina Atef, the Office Manager at Tower Plaza Hotel. During an extremely difficult and stressful time, when I was caught up in the war in the Middle East and wasn't able to get a flight back to the UK, Mina showed exceptional professionalism and kindness seeing as I was in a situation filled with uncertainty and anxiety, his support made a real difference. Mina handled everything with great care, patience, and understanding. He went above and beyond to provide reassurance, assistance, and practical help when it was most needed. His calm manner and dedication to guests are a true credit to Tower Plaza Hotel. I will always be deeply grateful for the way he supported me during such a challenging period. Staff like Mina are rare, and he deserves to be recognised for the outstanding service and genuine care he provides.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality

We recently stayed at Tower Plaza Hotel, Dubai as a family of 10, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special mention goes to Preeti at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our rooms without us even asking, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Her warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The overall service at the hotel was excellent—staff were courteous, prompt, and always ready to assist. Traveling with a large family can be challenging, but the team ensured that our stay was hassle-free and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Tower Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to staying here again in the future!
