Wonderful service, Sheryll!

I would like to commend Sheryll, Assistant Front Office Manager at Studio M Hotel, for her outstanding service and guest-oriented attitude. During my stay, I encountered an issue with Room 507 as the door lock was faulty and I was unable to enter the room. Sheryll responded immediately and efficiently arranged a room change to Room 519, resolving the situation without delay. Although I was only using the hotel for a day-use stay to rest, she treated me with the same level of care, professionalism, and attention as any other guest. Her warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction made a positive impression on me. Thank you, Sheryll, for going above and beyond. Your excellent service is truly appreciated.

Great service, awesome accommodations

Usually stay elsewhere during my work trips, but saw Studio M and took a chance - and that was such a good decision. My stay was comfortable, the room was really put together nicely, and the staff, Ms. Cel in particular, was super accommodating and made the first day of my stay a smooth one! Had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Solo stay!

I recently stayed at M Social Singapore for 4 nights and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The biggest highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff I interacted with was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently warm and efficient, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making good use of the available space. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and other attractions around the city. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the swimming pool. While the pool area was pleasant, I found the water quality could have been better, as it appeared slightly dirty during my stay. Apart from that minor issue, everything else was top-notch. The hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience were excellent. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Singapore and would recommend it to travelers looking for a stylish hotel with outstanding service and great value.

Nice hotel, rooms have "loft" lay out (better those with leaving room at entrance). generally comfortable and good breakfast. Not far away from Merlion can quietly walk till downtown from hotel
