Perfect spot to unwind before heading home Lovely room and delicious food My bed did shake when people in room behind mine walked! But the location with walks along the canal was perfect! Dining room is very popular and can be noisy.

Great last night in Scotland

Wonderful last day in Scotland. We walked the canal and had a lovely dinner. Close to airport and easy to get a taxi.

Convenient to Edinburgh and Comfortable

The staff were welcoming and very accommodating, especially ensuring that one of the rooms we reserved met the needs of one of the members of our party. The food was great! We were able to be seated for a meal at any time during the day since the restaurant is continuously open from breakfast through dinner. And we enjoyed a good variety of delicious choices. Both our bedroom and bath were comfortable and spacious (we were in the Baird Room). There is plenty of parking right next to the inn. The location in Ratho is beautiful - next to the canal with walking paths that our party enjoyed. It is convenient to the Edinburgh airport and city via a short taxi ride. The Bridge Inn seems to be primarily a restaurant and bar with the 4 overnight rooms on the floor above. Even so, we were not disturbed by noise. Please note that as the Bridge Inn's primary business is the restaurant and bar, checking in and checking out can be a rather haphazard affair of locating the knowledgeable staff to do it. And some requests can get lost in the shuffle - we requested a taxi for the morning, but it didn’t show. For requests like that, be sure to get double confirmation.

Lovely overnight and breakfast. Excellent staff and breakfast was superb.

MURDOCH - SHOW VISIT

Absolutely great time and made to feel so welcome by Rachel and the team, banter was brilliant and very much appreciated. Were staying for business for a local show and rooms, food, service excellent and look forward to our next visit, though maybe Rachel and Stuart might not agree lol.
