Прекрасный отель! Расположение, свой пляж с охраной. Прекрасная кухня! Отзывчивый персонал. Очень шустрый интернет, даже на пляже. Анимация приятная.
Отдыхали с 26.09.25 по 30.09.25, номер люкс. Единственное нужно учитывать, брали люкс с ограниченным видом это оказались нижние этажи (их всего 5), поэтому немного доплатили, чтобы остаться на 5 этаже. Номер отличный, все чисто, есть все принадлежности, еда очень вкусная, есть ещё три бара на территории и кафе, где можно брать поесть днем дополнительно, теннисный корт бесплатно, настольный теннис, фитнес, хаммам, сауна. В общем для Мармариса это отличный отель. Концерты всегда до 23.00, дальше тихо и спокойно.
Понравилось всё, начиная с сотрудников прекрасных на ресепшен, заканчивая супер удобной кроватью Кинг сайз. Еда - все без исключения было вкусно. Везде чисто, персонал улыбчивый и приветливый, пляж отличный. -

Excellent for T2s
Our second time , certainly not our last. Although definitely the last time we’ll do 7 days, it’s just not enough. Absolutely no complaints , no point in repeating what everyone else says, but I feel it’s worth pointing out a couple of mega positives IMHO. As a T2 diabetic, we do AI hotels as I find it easier to follow my diet on buffet restaurants, and the selection of suitable food (well labelled) in the main restaurant is the best I’ve come across, in particular the bread station is the best I’ve seen for both choice, and labelling of wholemeal etc. I know, not important to most, but important to diabetics. On a lighter note, if you’re like me, and an ex mod/ skin/ rude boy or girl in their sixties that loves reggae/ska/lover’s rock/blue beat etc. then channel 7 on the TV when you’re getting ready to go out can’t be bettered. Also , don’t forget to book Levante, it’s so good that we were happy to pay 39 euros a head for a second visit, still a bargain.
4th visit
Stayed 10 nights in May. We use the Tui Blue app and I liked the new ‘meet our team’ section. We checked in online one week prior to arrival. We were expecting a quick check in on arrival but this did not happen. For whatever reason our passports were scanned, handed back to us then the receptionist went to check in someone else. We were stood wondering what was going on. It was some time before a different receptionist came back to us to give us our room cards. Why this couldn’t have all been completed by the first receptionist, I don’t know. This is our fourth visit and we return to this hotel for its cleanliness, not being able to reserve sunbeds before 9am, the great choice and excellent quality of food and the service provided by the staff. Special shout out to Bayram, Ahmet, Baris and Ibrahim, though all the staff are amazing. We had a lovely meal at the Levante a la carte restaurant and enjoy having a drink at the beach bar on an evening. We booked a daybed on the jetty again for 59 euros. It was a nice relaxing experience however we were disappointed with the bottle of sparkling wine which retails at 2-4 euros, did not ‘pop’ when opened and was completely flat. We brought this to Mustafa’s attention, to which he replied “I know” 🤷♀️ We also passed this feedback onto Yasemin and trust this is improved for next time. Yasemin was visible everyday she worked, went out of her way to enquire if everything was ok and truly wanted you to have a great experience. We tried the indoor pool for the first time when the weather was not very pleasant one afternoon. The pool temperature was much warmer than the outside pool. We noted the bar was not manned whilst we were there. If I could make a couple of small suggestions for future, it would be to make more use of the billiard table in the day time entertainment schedule (even if it’s just a competition once a week) and putting solar string lights around the palm trees which surround the entertainment area, just to brighten up the area more. We had a fabulous holiday, as usual, met some new guests and enjoyed the evening entertainment and there is no pressure to join any daytime activities. Loved it. We will be back!
Excellent stay!
Second visit and didn't disappoint. Check in was very easy but please try and check in online before you arrive as it helps the staff.The porter takes your cases to the room for you. Everything was just perfect. Quite a few of the staff remembered us from last year. Lovely Yasmin ensured she spoke to us every day. She's had a well deserved promotion. Muhammet the customer relations member was so nice and again, ensured he spoke to us every time he saw us. The staff in the main restaurant are just amazing as it the food which is just fabulous. I would love to see different fish types and perhaps a couple with less bones. Sarah is still as smiley and friendly as she was last year! Special shout out to Murat who always has us laughing and is keen to ensure we try out all the dishes. Our main server Abdullah Bozan hadn't changed at all. He is a very hard working young man and always asks after our welfare with his beautiful smile. He is the same with everyone who visits the restaurant. You can see he takes pride in his work. My husband saw him crouch down to ensure all the tables were aligned properly. He introduced us to his cousin, Abdullah who was a lovely lad and had the same work ethic. ALL of the waiting staff in the restaurant work extremely hard and are very pleasant. New staff this year but whoever trains then does a magnificent job. The staff at the green grill are a great bunch too and are also very pleasant and hard working. They serve in the Levante restaurant in the evenings. They have a wicked sense of humour. Nothing is too much trouble. One of them got me a cushion for my back as the seats are deep in that restaurant. They took really good care of us. We didn't see many people leave a tip for the staff 😞 so if you can please remember to put something in the tip box. They deserve it. Our room was so clean. Our maid, Zumrut was super nice. She helped me with my attempts at speaking Turkish and I managed to ask her each day how she was in Turkish and reply when she asked me. What a beautiful soul she is. Always smiling 😊 The bed is huge. There is plenty storage and we appreciate the free safe. We got fresh bottled water when we needed it. We tried to use our towels more than once which I think she appreciated. Bathroom is huge and the shower really good. Used the spa. Again fantastic. Bilal who takes the bookings is super friendly is not pushy at all. He spoke to us every morning asking after our welfare. The spa manager, Sherif is such a nice man. All of the staff there take their customer service to a high level. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless. The toilets are cleaned regularly. I wish all of the British people would observe the rule and use the waste baskets and not flush toilet paper. The staff at the beach bar are hilarious 🤣 Mustafa remembered us and he took spoke to us every day. I am sorry but I forget the lady's name with the bright red lipstick but she is brilliant at her job and so friendly. In fact all of the beach staff from the bar staff to the lifeguards and security staff work ready hard. We felt relaxed and safe on the beach. They had a storm which had brought quite a lot of debrit into the swimming area of the beach. The head lifeguard ensured he and his staff went out daily with their masks to check and removed this debrit from the sea. They did an amazing job because some of the stuff that washed up was quite large. I have never seen such dedication to ensure customers at the beach have a great experience. Well done lads!! The grab and go fridge, tea, coffee, cakes etc at the reception area are a bonus. We enjoyed the entertainment with the band White being our favourite. Overall another fantastic holiday here. We'll definitely return.
Tui blue grand azur
The hotel is perfectly positioned between Marmaris & İçmeler & right on the beach.. From checking my bag the day before till I left 8 days later all went very smoothly. From the moment you set foot in the hotel reception area you just know you've made the right choice. Staff are so friendly & welcoming & helpful & always with a smile. The hotel is beautiful all over.. Pool area & garden grounds is spotless clean & always a lifeguard on duty. Food is excellent throughout the day from main dining to green & grill by the pool. Not forgetting the pancake bar 👌😎🤣. You entitled to dine once for you stay in the Levante à la carte restaurant, I didn't do this as it's a bit romantic & didn't fancy romancing myself 🤣🤣 but have done before & highly recommended for you love birds.. views as amazing. Through the security gate & your on the beach with fully all inclusive bar sunbeds. You can hire the day beds on the jetty if you want a little special butler services & ideal to top up your tan. Room cleaning services was exceptional too i had the same lovey lady all week 🥰. Tui Rep Maxine was always on hand to deal with any queries or problems you may have. All in all very good stay & be back very soon.. 🥰😎
