Хороший отель. Находится достаточно близко от океана, в 5 минутах ходьбы. Парковка включена в стоимость. Достаточно разнообразное питание, хорошего качества. Нет wifi в номерах. Пропали из номера пляжные полотенца за которые был оставлен денежный залог, так и не вернули

Спокойный семейный отель. Красивая, ухоженная территория. Бассейны, горки. Хорошее расположение, неподалеку променад на побережье океана с развлечениями. Вялая, практически никакая, анимация. Дохлый wi-fi, который только на ресепшн. Однообразный завтрак. На русском не говорят

It was ok

Not very much outside of the hotel a few shops and restaurants. Beach nearby unfortunately there are no drinks or food available at the private beach area. The food in the hotel is good, a large selection. Unfortunately the pool although advertised as heated was not although the weather wasn't that good the pool was freezing. The mattresses are really hard and uncomfortable. Music playing constantly and loud around the pool all day so not much chance of relaxing. All in all the hotel was ok the staff friendly food good, but I wouldn't come again. Not the relaxing holiday I wanted.

best hotel I've stayed in

i would not hesitate to award 10/10. amazing hotel. we stayed here in February halftearm. we loved it so much so we returned in April for Easter holidays.. it was like returning home...very welcoming from the start.. clean.nothing to much form the staff.... there was myself and my granddaughter (14). i never seen her eat so much tired loads of different food.. there was always something at every meal and snacks all day long.. for us.. when I returned in April I had a problem with my hip. i mentioned this on the booking with TUI... when we arrived.we were give a lovely garden room looked over the pool.. were you could have a sunbed. right at the door and could see the pool if my granddaughter wanted to go swimming without me..the entertainment and dancing around the pool all day had us laughing.

Great family hotel

Hi Just returned from this hotel great location great rooms spotless clean English tv channel comfy beds This is a hotel more suited to families great for kids the entertainment team were great lovely kids very pleasant with guests pool could do with updating you could see green mould on the sides on the slides pool although staff worked hard cleaning it daily The only downside really is the food is terrible every English person we spoke to said the same it’s the same food daily lunch tea no change we didn’t let it bother us what we paid to stay we got our moneys worth in drinks etc Overall not a hotel for couples without kids but as a family excellent choice

Amazing week

We came home early hours this morning. We have honestly had the best week. My kids have loved every second especially the slides. The entertainment team are brilliant always making sure they say hello and chat to you multiple times a day. I was worried about the food as we are 3 picky eats but there was always something that we liked. The cleaners are fantastic always left our room smelling great. We truly had a fantastic week. Thank you ❤️
