Отдыхали в этом отеле с 3 по 6 января 2026. Всё на высшем уровне. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Просторные и чистые номера (у нас уборка была 2 раза в день). На 6 этаже находится бассейн с потрясающими видами! Спасибо вам большое за великолепный отдых, который запомнится надолго! Обязательно вернемся снова 🫶🏽 -

A wonderful stay in W Bangkok

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and their service was very considerate. They always smiled and offered help proactively. The front desk staff, Fah, was particularly impressive. She was diligent, enthusiastic and gentle. The hotel upgraded our rooms and decorated them, and even printed welcome cards with our names on them! We stayed for two nights in total. Each morning we had different dishes. The bar in PAII was very distinctive. The staffs and the bartenders inside were all very nice. Everyone was warm and sincere. The hotel is beside the BTS line and near to both the Chulalongkorn night market and the Grand Palace (and other famous temples). The hotel's decor is stylish, and the room facilities are well-maintained. The W Bangkok is totally the best choice.

Nice and comfortable stay in Bangkok

Enjoyed our stay, which was comfortable and convenient. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are delightful. Enjoyed the food in the main coffee shop restaurant too which has a very nice breakfast, and lunch too. Traditional food options available, and some healthy clean food options too. My company booked the room and therefore was not able to have my Bonvoy membership recognised for the hotel room, however on F&B consumption they do give 10% off the spend for Bonvoy members. Many nice restaurants within a short walk. Only quirk with our stay is that waiting for the elevators takes a very long time (only four elevators serving the whole building, and the staff also use this elevator).

I think everything are so very good.

The service attitude of this hotel is very good. Fah and Sun were both very kind.

Wonderful Birthday Stay with Amazing Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at W Bangkok. Even though it was only for one night, everything made us want to come back for a longer stay next time. A special thank you to Pure, who took great care of us during our visit. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We stayed in the Studio Suite, and the birthday decorations prepared in the room were absolutely beautiful. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration feel very special. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar — they were creative and very tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying for several nights on our next trip to Bangkok.
